The Reggio Emilia Approach® emphasizes the teacher’s role. At Em Maison and the Reggio Emilia Approach®, teachers are researchers – always looking for creative ways to support and accompany our children to create and build together a journey of development. Em Maison teachers are trained and certified by Global Embassy with Reggio Children experts. The 2-year initial training program along with the professional supplemental training programs from the 3rd year onward are mandatory regulations for any teacher participating in teaching the integrated Reggio Emilia Approach® program with the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) of Vietnam.
