ADMISSIONS PROCESS

ADMISSION FORM COMPLETED
- To complete registration, please fill out in full all of the information on the website’s Admissions Form , or download the Admissions Form and email a copy to the School Admissions Department.
- Parents can pay the Admission fee of 2,500,000 VND online

VISIT AND INTERVIEW
- Em Maison will contact parents individually to schedule a school tour and an interview with the Principal and Director of Academics.
- Children will participate with an Em Maison teacher during the parent interview. Children with special needs will have a Special Education Program Director involved.

REVIEWING AND NOTIFICATION OF RESULTS
- The Principal and Director of Academics will review all interview results.
- There are three possible admission results that will be given to parents:
- Acceptance
- Wait List
- Rejection

CONFIRMATION
- Parents fill out the Admission Application Form.
- Complete the application as prescribed:
- Notarized copies of birth certificates and household registration.
- Medical examination report.
- A copy of the immunization certificate or a copy of the student’s immunization book.
- Busing information.
- Health information.
- Letter of Agreement.
- Sign the Letter of Acceptance of Admission.
- Complete the fees as prescribed.
