Wherever they are in Em Maison, our children always have teachers accompanying them on their journey of growing up.

Through the “Reggio Emilia Approach® Excellence Preschools Program in Vietnam”, Em Maison improves the quality of teaching and the professional qualifications for teachers which was designed and organized by Global Embassy under the guidance of Reggio Children (Italy). Our teachers are trained by leading education experts at Reggio Children and Global Embassy.

Em Maison teachers not only share knowledge with our students, but also guide them and design interesting lessons for them from the smallest things to the grandest of projects.

• The Security Guards graciously coach them on where to put their hats, how to wash their hands, water the plants and weed the garden.
• The Chef also helps the children to discover the culinary world with a variety of foods, nutrition sources, and ways of processing and decorating food.
• The Chef helps our children understand the importance of being neat and clean and how to arrange and preserve their work space.

The children understand that every “teacher” has their own unique gifts and talents to share that they can learn from, all the while appreciating that the role of each person is equally important.
